Michael has found the website Soulcialtavel.com which aims to help several organizations to recruit volunteers eager to give to the community while travelling abroad. With friends in Dehli, he helps to fund Soulcial Trust by integrating Soulcialtravel.com along the other activities of Soulcial Trust. He is currently developing Soulcial Trust programs in Cambodia and hopes to expands the activity of Soulcial Trust in whole South-East Asia. Apart from his job in Soulcial Trust, Michael runs a duty free and travel cluster.
Julie joined the Soulcial Trust team in March 2018. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and anthropology from New York University, she worked in operations and project management at an international travel company. During extensive travel in Southeast Asia and volunteer experience in the field of animal welfare, she became passionate about addressing social and environmental issues in the region. She is excited to be a part of the Soulcial Trust team and looks forward to collaborating within the community to expand the Trust’s activities.
Operations Manager, Cambodia
Sara Sor, armed with an operational experience in NGOs and cambodian, joined the team in June 2017 to manage operations in Cambodia. He is responsible for Siem Reap sport center development and insure logistics.
Operations Manager, India
Guddu is a multi-talented all rounder who gets around on his skateboard. An amputee since the age of 10, Guddu is no stranger to the realities and hardships of living with a disability in India. Guddu joined the Soulcial Trust team to help empower others who, like him, do not have the use of certain limbs and therefore do not receive the same consideration in society as abled-bodied people. Guddu has previously worked in the clothing industry, designing and sewing clothes. He has also worked as a tour guide for Indian and International visitors. Alongside his work at Soulcial Trust, Guddu works at a guesthouse and runs a home and day care centre for spinal cord injured people in Delhi (ESCIP House).
Green Influence Manager
An engineer by training, a social scientist by heart. Passionate about education for sustainable development and actions individuals can do to mitigate the effects of climate change. After completing my master’s studies on sustainable development, I felt that I needed to put to use the knowledge gained through academia. Thus, I decided to come to the great Kingdom of Cambodia and join Soulcial Trust to work on their environmental pillar.
Pauline is a french student from the Laval University in Québec, Canada. After graduating with a bachelor degree in management, she is now completing the final step of an international development and humanitarian action master degree as an intern at The Soulcial Trust. Dedicated to human issues, she has been involved in several non profit organizations over the past years as a volunteer. Passionate by music, sports, human rights and adventure ; her need for new challenges brought her to Siem Reap where she will be part of the XLability team for the next 6 months.
Vincent is a French student from École Centrale Lyon engineering school. He is in his gap year and have decided to dedicate this free lecture year in going to South East Asia and helping populations there.
Passionate about sports since his young age, he really believes that sports is a real conveyor of integration. Skilled in project management, be part of the XLability project was the perfect fit with all his expectations.

Justin Lau is a social anthropologist with growing interests in post-conflict reconciliation, violence studies and the relationship between infrastructure and temporality. He holds a BA with first-class honours in Anthropology from the University of Sussex, and an MSc in Anthropology of Development from the London School of Economics. Motivated by years of desk and ethnographic research on post-war Cambodia, he joined Soulcial Trust, combating embedded social inequality and injustice. With experience in qualitative research, he is eager to gain new knowledge and hone existing skills to facilitate community improvement projects.
